Activists against gender-based violence will begin a candlelight march and prayer Friday afternoon in Mbambel, Mpumalanga, in memory of Hillary Hardy.

Hillary is the daughter of former Secretary-General of the Freedom for Economic Freedom (EFF) Secretary General Godrich Gordy, who went missing last week on Friday.

The lifeless body of a 28-year-old boy was found Tuesday morning near the road to Mashishing farm workers.

Gordy will be buried Saturday in Mbambel.

Meanwhile, high-ranking government officials and politicians sent condolences and visited the Hardy family.
