DJ Zinhle’s Hair Majesty campaign was pulled over the weekend by a lady named Tulisaile Lushaba.

In a video that has now gone viral, Tuli expressed her frustration with the hair she bought for R3,000.

The unhappy customer had many complaints; from late delivery to receiving hair that was different from what she ordered.

“Eventually I got my order after kicking and screaming…they used some courier service (I’m sure),” she said.

She claimed she had ordered a customized and bleached wig, but received something else.

“If I knew the wig was so thin, I wasn’t even sure it was 100 grams. On DJ Zinhle’s website, Hair Majesty [website] they should specify that the hair is 100 percent density, 180 percent density, 200 [percent] density. They should let us know the density of the wig so we know exactly what we are buying,” Lushaba suggested.

Thuli rated the hair brand zero, prompting other women to share their experiences with the brand.

“I actually rate them at 0/10. I was generous in the video. What a waste of money.”
