Speaking at a bricklaying training event at the Liberation Square in Masaka, Philemon Mubiru, Head of Marketing and Innovation, Hima Cement, said the training conducted by the company’s technical team was aimed at improving the quality of use of the Fundi Cement product among bricklayers. improve the quality of laying.
“Our target for this training is masons who interact with the product on a daily basis. They better support and give feedback on the uniqueness and performance of the product in all masonry jobs such as bricklaying, plastering and screeding,” Mubiru said.
The one-day training was aimed at ensuring that Fundi Cement, which was recently introduced as a product of Hima Cement, is being used for the purposes for which it was manufactured.
“This training provides an opportunity not only to talk to our valued customers but also to guide them through the step-by-step process of product application, while the demonstration session aims to better understand the application of the product,” he added.
Fundi Cement is a hydraulic product designed for use in masonry mortars such as brickwork, plaster and screed.
