American rapper Rakim Hashim Allen, known as PnB Rock, was fatally wounded during a robbery at Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles in South Los Angeles on Monday, September 12.
PNB ROCK DEADLY INCREASE DURING ROBBERY
The Los Angeles Times reports that rapper PnB Rock was fatally wounded during a robbery at Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles in South Los Angeles on Monday, September 12. At the time of his death, the rapper was only 30 years old.
Los Angeles Police Capt. Kelly Muniz said there was a shooting at the restaurant, but she did not identify the victim.
“He shot the victim and ran out the side door to the getaway car and then fled the parking lot,” Muniz said.
Muniz went on to say that the victim was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead at 1:59 p.m.
PnB Rock dined with his girlfriend, Steph Sibunheuang, who posted a photo tagged with the restaurant’s location. She has since deleted the post. The Selfish The hitmaker was reportedly targeted for his jewelry. Authorities believe social media posts, including a black gift bag with his address on it, led the attackers to his location.
TMZ reports that the suspect is still at large, but there is surveillance video that could help police identify him.

Rapper Nicki Minaj paid tribute to PnB Rock while also shedding light on gun violence. The Moment 4 of life hitmaker questioned on Twitter why people still post locations when they go out.
“After Pop Smoke, there’s no way we rappers or our loved ones are still sharing our whereabouts. To feature waffles and some fried chicken????! It was such a pleasure to work with him. Condolences to his mother and family. This makes me so sick. Jesus,” she tweeted.
Nikki kept saying “let’s teach” as she portrayed herself as her mom. She also stated that people around rappers get so much.
“A person gets so much around these rappers. Time to remind them again and again!!! At least TRY to put your foot down if you don’t care! Tell them!!! You are not loved like you think!!! You are the prey!!!! In a world full of predators!!!! What’s not clicking???!!!,” she tweeted.
