President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a telegram of congratulations to William Samoa Ruto on his constitutional swearing in as President of the Republic of Kenya.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, also sent a similar telegram of congratulations to President Ruto.
