The case of seven suspects accused of killing an elderly man in the Cross, Johannesburg, has been postponed to Thursday in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court. This comes after defendant number two, who is the deceased’s domestic worker, failed to appear in court.

78-year-old Peter Richard Dobichal last month was reported missing by his tenant.

Police found his body buried in the garden after the arrest of four suspects, including a gardener and a domestic worker.

The victim’s car was spotted driving through Johannesburg, and the victim’s bank cards were allegedly used after his disappearance.
