There have been several reports in the US about what may have been the reason they decided to split.

It was reported that model Flavin accused Stallone of concealing marital assets. In court documents, Flavin accuses Stallone of hiding assets from her.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, she said, “Upon information and belief, the husband has engaged in willful embezzlement, depletion and/or waste of marital assets, which has had a negative economic impact on the marital estate.”

Flavin wants to restore her last name, she also wants a judge to stop Stallone from moving assets in their prenuptial agreement.

A few weeks before the shocking news of the divorce, Flavin was photographed without an engagement ring.
