The South African T20 cricket team will return to international cricket for the first time since the ICC T20 World Cup in November 2021. Early next month they will play a series of five matches in India.

The exciting Tristan Stubbs received his first Proteas call.

The 21-year-old right-handed midfielder made an impression last season by playing for the Warriors in the Cricket South Africa T20 Challenge, scoring 293 runs in seven innings.

Quick bowler Henri Nortier is back on the team after recovering from injury, and all-around wrestler Wayne Parnell is also looking forward to returning to the T20 for the first time since the team’s 2017 England tour.
