Takola “Magesh” Tshabalala, a member of Kwaito group TKZee, was found dead on Monday.
According to City Press, the legend’s body was found by a family member who believed he had died in his sleep.
SowetanLive revealed that the family issued a statement claiming the 45-year-old died of an epileptic seizure.
“Orlando Pirates Football Club is saddened by the news of the death of Mr. Stanley Tshabalala’s son, Takola. Tokollo also known as Magesh was a famous musician known for his songs and a member of the group TKZee. We extend our sincere and deepest condolences to the Tshabalala family and pledge our deep moral support,” Orlando Pirates, the former club of Tokol’s father Stanley ‘The Screamer’ Tshabalala, said in a statement.
Details of his funeral will be announced soon.
