Lady Du credits DJ Tira and his wife Gugu Khathi for their input on her first music video for a single titled Chase.
“@djtira you and your wife were the first to hook me up,” Du wrote.
On Instagram, the Amapiano star shared a snippet of the video and revealed that it was filmed 7 years ago.
Lady Du said the video was sponsored and styled by the Durban star and his wife.
“My first music video was shot 7 years ago, sponsored and styled by @djtira and his wife @gugu.khathi. I’m no longer fighting for a place in the glory, I’m building wealth,” she wrote.
The singer also advised followers to follow their dreams and passion.
“We’re not all chasing the same things, to stay relevant in the game you have to be consistent. Follow your dreams, please. Follow your passion, the money will follow you, if you follow the money, you will do what everyone else is doing!!!!”
