Media personality Lerato Kganyaga allegedly did not show up for her Metro FM show on Friday, August 26, after an Instagram live broadcast on Thursday, August 25, where she appeared to have had a physical altercation with her husband, Thami Ndlala .

Kganyaga can be heard saying, “It’s live, it’s live,” as a male voice replies, “It’s okay,” then shouts her name, “Leratha, Leratha,” followed by clapping sounds that some say tweeky looks like she’s running.

In her explanation, the media personality says she accidentally went live earlier, pretending to go live with her dogs in a playful conversation with her partner as she prepared to start the day.

“The phone fell behind the chest of drawers, I tried to reach it, I could hear the furniture moving there, the clapping of hands was for the dogs to drive them out of the room. I’m so sorry to have worried you. I’m fine, I promise.”

Kganyaga adds that she received a lot of DMs from friends and family who wanted to check if she was okay after going live.

However, there were loud signals in her explanation that she believed something was wrong and that her marriage was in trouble, as her story did not match her live IG.

The tweet asked: “Why were there no dog sounds when she clapped her hands to the dogs?”

Blogger Owamie also revealed on her YouTube channel that the DJ deleted some photos of her husband on her Instagram account.

β€œHer loved ones need to check on her, it’s a cry for help. Even if it’s true, what she’s saying is the fact that she had to explain it to such an extent to prevent it from being blown out of proportion is a concern.’

“I also made excuses for my abusive partner.”

“She would clap her hands and move the furniture to scare her dogs away, and these dogs don’t bark or make noise.”

“Lerata rushed at her husband, the guy sounds too calm. He even sighed.”
