“I personally have never received anything from another team. There were rumors here and there, but nothing concrete.” Williams said Marawa Sports Worldwide as quoted by TimesLIVE.
“The only club or people I spoke to were people from Sundowns.
“There were always rumors. There have been rumors about Orlando Pirates every season.
“I have never met or spoken to any of them. They may have contacted someone on my team, but not me personally.
“And as I said, I told Mr. Stanley Matthews [SuperSport’s CEO] a year ago the only club I was willing to go to in SA was Sundowns.’

“SUNDOWNS IS THE BEST CLUB IN SOUTH AFRICA”
Williams also explained what sets Masandowan apart from the others and added that the dominance of the Tshwane giants will not stop anytime soon.
“The work mentality at Sundowns is high. We have meetings every day where we discuss last night’s games and goals.” he added.
“Coaches stay awake at night and share information. I don’t think this happens in other clubs. I mean no disrespect but Sundowns are the best club in South Africa.
“They’ve dominated the league for ten years now and they’re not going to stop anytime soon. They are guaranteed to win at least one trophy every season.”
