Barkin spoke about the incident during the filming of the 1998 film Fear and disgust in Las Vegas.
“Mr. Depp tossed a bottle of wine across the room, into a hotel room in Las Vegas,” she said.
“I don’t know why he dropped the bottle,” Barkin said, though she remembered that Depp might have quarreled with friends or his assistant.
Depp filed a lawsuit against Hurd for an article she wrote for The Washington Post in December 2018 in which she called herself a “public figure representing domestic violence”.
Hurd, who had the lead role Aquamandid not name Depp’s name in the article, but sued her for hinting that she is a domestic rapist and is seeking $ 50 million in damages.
Hurd, who was born in Texas, filed a counterclaim, demanding $ 100 million and claiming that she had suffered from his “unbridled physical violence and violence.”
Depp’s former agent and business manager testified that the actor’s career and finances were in serious trouble before Hurd first accused him of domestic violence in 2016.

“Crews don’t like to sit for hours and hours waiting for a movie star to show up,” she said. “It’s a small community, and it made people reluctant to use it to the end.”
Jacobs said Depp was in such “financial despair” in January 2016 that he came to the agency and asked for $ 20 million.
Josh Mandel, Depp’s former business manager, said he became “extremely concerned” about Depp’s financial situation in 2015.
