Richards Bay will be looking to make it two wins from as many matches in the first leg when they host Marumo Gallants.
Both the Swallows and Cape Town City lost their opening matches at the weekend and will not want to get off the pace too much at this early stage.
The main match of the day is at 19:30 when Kaizer Chiefs take on Maritzburg United at the FNB Stadium.
