Aleit Swanepoel, KykNET presenter and founder of The Aleit Group, has passed away at the age of 47.
The TV personality was well known for her series Tid met Aleit on kykNET (DStv 144), which ran for six seasons. Swanepoel was also known as a celebrity wedding organizer after leading the wedding of former Miss SA and Miss World Rollen Strauss.

ALEIT GROUP ANNOUNCES SWANPOL’S SIZE
On Monday, May 16, the event management company The Aleit Group announced on social media the untimely death of its chairman, explaining that he had died in a dream.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our founder, Aleit Swainpol. Aleit passed away in a dream, and while there is no other information to share, we ask you to keep his family in mind while they go through this difficult time, ”the statement said.
The former Pasella the host has been described as an “innovator, perfectionist and creative genius” who will be sorely missed.
“Aleit was an innovator, a perfectionist and a creative genius, whose bright persona and dedication will be sorely lacking. We will continue to support and nurture his great legacy through all Aleit businesses and organizations. ”

Respect and sympathy poured in after Swanepoel’s death.
According to Channel24, Waldimar Pelser, who is the director of kykNET M-Net, said that Aleita’s unbridled energy and passion touched everyone who met him.
