How to play daily lotto in South Africa?

If you buy a ticket in a shop:

  • Pick up a ticket at any lottery shop.
  • Choose five numbers from 1 to 36 or request a quick pick.
  • Entries cost R3 each. You can play no more than 150 rand, but you are allowed to play on multiple boards.
  • Choose how many consecutive draws you want to enter, up to a maximum of 10. Leave the field blank for one draw.
  • Take your ticket to the ticket office to pay for your ticket.
  • Write your details on the back of the ticket in case you need to claim your prize. If you don’t sign the ticket and lose it, anyone can use it to claim the prize.
