This is baking your mac and mince in layers like a lasagna with a top layer of cheesy food. This is a perfect dish that the whole family will appreciate and enjoy any day of the week.

You can still make a creamier pasta by adding a béchamel sauce, just like lasagna. With a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of flour, melt them until the smell of flour disappears. Very slowly add the milk and whisk continuously until it is thick and smooth. Season well and coat the mince before adding a layer of cheese. Bake the casserole until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve with a light green salad.
