If you add mushrooms to this delicious dish, it will add some flavor and color, but saute them beforehand to remove the moisture. You can make a fully loaded version and add broccoli as it adds color and is high in iron and calcium along with the fiber of the mushroom. This is just the tip of the iceberg because you can add bacon bits and extra cheese on top to make it even more salty and cheesy. The flavor ball is now in your hands.
