Seven people were accused of gang rape in Krugersdorp. They appeared briefly at Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
They face multiple counts of rape, aggravated robbery and immigration violations.

At least one out of seven is a minor. The accused are part of 81 suspects arrested a day after the rape.
Last month, eight women were raped in West Village, Krugersdorp. They were part of a production crew filming a music video in an abandoned mine dump.
An identity parade was held on Tuesday. The case was adjourned to September 28 for further investigation.
