The following story of the origin of “Yellowstone” is gaining great stellar power.
Paramount + announced on Tuesday that Oscar winner Helen Mirren and Oscar nominee Harrison Ford will star in the 1932 prequel series Yellowstone.
The news came after the success of another prequel, “1883.”
“Yellowstone”, which tells the story of the life and drama of the Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in Montana, became a big hit for Paramount + and starred another movie star, Kevin Costner.
In “1883” starred real spouses Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, as well as Sam Elliott. It tells the story of how the family became the owner of a ranch in Yellowstone.
The new series “introduces the new generation of the Dathan family and explores the early twentieth century, when pandemics, historical droughts, the end of the ban and the Great Depression – all affect the mountain west and the Duttons who call it home,” before the press release.
The premiere of “1932” is scheduled for December.
